Art. 1 Classification

1.1 Casa D 'Avó BINA is classified as Local Accommodation.

Art. 2 Description of the House

2.1 It has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds and a sofa bed; it has a living room with fireplace, kitchen, dining room, 2 service bathrooms and a games room with table football;

2.2 It has an outdoor leisure area inside the property with a swimming pool, garden, lawn, barbecue;

2.3 The house is fully equipped and furnished, in addition, it has a fire safety system;

2.4 Has internet via wi-fi and cable television.

Art. 3 Reservations

3.1 Reservations can be made up to one year before the occupancy date;

3.2 The house can be reserved, for one or more nights, as long as a contact is made via phone, email or website www.casadavobina.pt; 3.3 The reservation will become effective after the payment of the total amount of the stay and the completion of the Client registration sheet;

         3.3.1 To complete the Client sheet, the following data are required: full name, address, telephone, citizen/passport card number and taxpayer number.

Art. 4 Pool

4.1 For the use of the pool, the rules of civility and hygiene must be respected;

4.2 Minors can only use the pool accompanied by adults and properly equipped for the purpose (buoys, life jackets and armbands);

4.3 It is essential to bathe in the outdoor shower before entering the pool, as well as passing in the foot wash area;

4.4 It is forbidden to jump into the water;

4.5 The guests are responsible for the proper use of the pool, the supervision of children and all damages/accidents arising from non-compliance with the rules for the use of the pool, in accordance with the rules of the house;

4.6 The rules for using the pool are attached to the pool, such as a lifebuoy and all necessary contacts in case of emergency (112 - National Emergency Number).

Art. 5 Damages

5.1 After check-out, an assessment will be made of any damage;

5.2 Guests must respect the entire interior and exterior space of the house, not damaging existing furniture and objects;

5.3 Any damages resulting from improper use or lack of zeal may be duly attributed to the guest holding the reservation, leaving any costs arising therefrom.

Art. 6 Keys

6.1 The delivery of keys to guests will be carried out by the receptionist at the time of in-person check-in and must be returned upon departure (check-out).

Art. 7 Bicycles

7.1 The reservation/requisition of bicycles must be made at the time of booking and upon payment of the respective amount plus deposit, which will be returned at check-out if it is found that it does not have any damage.

Art.8 Outdoor fireplace

8.1 The outdoor fireplace can be used by the guest at any time during the stay, respecting the rules of civility and security;

8.2 Minors can only use the outdoor fireplace, as long as they are accompanied by an adult, who will have the responsibility to care for them and for the proper use of the fireplace.

Art.9 Garden and Orchard

9.1 The common sense of preserving the garden, as well as the consumption of fruit from the orchard, must be taken into account.

Art. 10 Interactive games/Playstation

10.1 When booking, equipment must be requested against payment of the service plus your security deposit, which will be returned at check-out if no damage is found.

Art. 11 Netflix and Internet

11.1 The Netflix password must be requested;

11.2 To access Wi-Fi for free, you must use the password that will be posted on the accommodation.

Art.12 Cleaning and changing clothes/towels

12.1 Bed linen and bathroom towels can be replaced once a week or at the request of the guest, for stays longer than 5 nights;

12.2 Weekly house cleaning is available once a week, on a day and time to be agreed, for stays longer than 5 nights;

12.3 The hygiene and tidiness of the room is the responsibility of the guest during the stay, unless expressly requested otherwise and subject to availability and extra cost;

12.4 The replacement or provision of more bed linen or towels is possible, upon request of the guest, regardless of the length of stay, but subject to availability and possible extra costs.

Art. 13 Staying of pets

13.1 Dogs of medium to small size will be allowed to stay, as well as cats or other small animals inside the accommodation, being the guest responsible for the cost of any damages caused;

13.2 Request a kit for your 4-legged friend when booking, such as blanket, feeder and waterer, bone/toy, cat litter box (if applicable) and bags to collect waste;

13.3 The responsibility for any damage to the home or to third parties during the stay is expressed and exclusively by the owner of the pet, which must ensure that it complies with all legal obligations and the care of the property.

Art. 14 Meal service

14.1 The breakfast service will be available to all guests, upon reservation and payment of the service. Breakfast will include milk, coffee (capsules), cheese and pork/turkey ham, flavored yogurts, water bread, pastries and fruit juice;

14.2 Whenever there is any restriction or diet, the guest must inform at the time of booking.


Art.15 Supplies included in the daily accommodation price

15.1 In the daily price of the accommodation, it is mandatory to include the housekeeping and cleaning service, the unlimited consumption of water and electricity, as long as it is inherent to the services of the enterprise.

Art. 16 Check-in and check-out times

16.1 Entry into the room is allowed after 3 pm;

16.2 Departure from the room must be made until 11 am;

16.3 Changes to the check-in and check-out times are subject to availability and pre-order, and may incur extra costs.

Art.17 Conduct and activities not allowed

17.1 It is the guest's responsibility to comply with all laws and rules of coexistence under individual civil liability;

17.2 Any illegal, illegal or improper activities for a good relationship with the neighborhood are not allowed, namely, but not exclusively, noise between 11 pm and 8 am, use of illegal substances and excessive alcohol consumption. Any consequences or results of undeclared activities at the time of booking will not be safeguarded by the home owner;

17.3 It is not allowed to hold parties of any scope, except if duly authorized by the owner of the dwelling.

Art. 18 Manuals for household appliances

18.1 All guests can access all the equipment manuals at any time, which will be kept in a kitchen drawer.
