Booking terms and conditions
Reservations can be made via phone, mobile phone, email, social networks, booking engines (Booking, Airbnb) or through our website. All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. After confirming availability, the customer must pay the total amount of the reservation within 48 hours. The guarantee of the reservation is conditional on sending proof of transfer of the advance payment. If you do not make the respective payment within the stipulated period and send the respective proof, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation.
Reservation change and cancellation
Cancellation will only be possible up to 15 days prior to check-in, in order to be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid for the reservation. For cancellations after that date, the refund will be only 50% of the total amount of the reservation. If the guest does not show up on the day of the reservation, the amount of the reservation will be charged in full. The already installed guest who intends to interrupt is subject to the non-refund of the amount paid for the reservation.
Terms of Use
Only the number of people indicated on the reservation will be entitled to stay in the room. All spaces and equipment made available to guests must be used with care and kept in good condition. Any damage, breakdown or theft during the guest's stay may be subject to extra charges. The owner is not responsible for theft of personal property inside the property. The guest must ensure that all doors, windows and gate are closed during their absence. In the event of theft, property damage, fire, flood or other, the customer must immediately inform the owner, through the emergency number made available, as well as the appropriate authorities in the event of a fire.
Check-in and check-out times
Entry into the room is allowed after 3 pm
Leave the room until 11 am
Changing check-in and check-out times is subject to availability and pre-order, and may be subject to extra costs
